Our WorldVentures Mission
Our mission in WorldVentures is to empower as many people as we can to take control of their lives, to gain their freedom and to enjoy the incredible products that WorldVentures delivers.
Everybody loves travel and they should do more of it. It certainly beats working!
Our goal is to develop outstanding WorldVentures leadership, by going from country to country and helping people create legacy businesses and incomes. We know from extensive experience that by doing this we will in turn achieve great success for all.

Why we joined forces in WorldVentures
So why did we decide to work as a partnership in WorldVentures? Our combined skill set and experience in the network marketing industry is close to 40 years (the lions share being Peter’s as he is considerably older ;o). We are both grateful to have achieved freedom through the MLM industry.
We recognized that building and driving a successful World Ventures business on a Global scale was going to take great effort and leadership. This is something we could accelerate very rapidly by combining our efforts.
For the past 7 years we had worked together in the most successful MLM telecoms venture to have existed in Europe. In early 2010 this business was sold due to the financial fallout created from the crash since 2007. We had built a network of 300,000 customers and many millions of pounds in income. We considered partnering with various companies and after extensive due diligence and Peter visiting WorldVentures HQ in Dallas on a number of occasions; we decided to partner with them.
The main reasons for this decision were:
- The incredible DreamTrips membership product. This was the magic bullet for us, a really fabulous product in Travel. Holidays are something people will not do without; it is a want product. You do not need to convince people they need a holiday or they want to travel. Speaking to so many very excited members who have experienced the DreamTrips and rave about the incredible experiences they have had plus the memories they have created. This has confirmed we picked the right company. We also loved the “GET 4 PAY NO MORE” concept of referring 4 members and not having to pay another monthly membership again. This is all we need to duplicate!

- The founders of the company and its board members come from a Network Marketing, MLM administration and Travel background. This was fundamental in making our decision. So many network marketing companies have a constant wrangle between "Corporate" and "The Field". WorldVentures founders Mike Azcue (CEO) and co-founder Wayne Nugent (Chief Visionary Officer) are field professionals, have build vast organizations themselves and they know what the field need and they provide it. Add into the mix of leadership Dan Stammen (Cheif Marketing Officer), Eddie Head (Chief Strategy Officer), Kyle Lowe (Director of International Development) and Marc Acetta (Director of Training) plus many others (too many to name) and you have a dream team with a single vision. To make WorldVentures a multi-billion dollar legacy network marketing company in one of the biggest industries in the world – Travel. It has never been done before, but these guys have a very clear vision that World Ventures will be the first.

- International explansion was a critical factor in becoming involved. In fact the introduction for WorldVentures for Peter came from Kyle Lowe (Director of International Development). Peter has known and respected Kyle for 10 years; having worked with him at a Corporate level for a previous MLM company. Kyle, who is also in charge of compliance for WorldVentures, is a leading authority in network marketing international expansion. His vision is to do things correctly. That means legally and in line with regulations for each country. This ensures a long term future for World Ventures.

Our business history relationship
We met in a previous MLM telecoms business which was launched in 2003. Peter was the founding distributor for this company and the number one earner. Shush joined in 2003 as a complete newbie to the network marketing industry. He went on to become the second highest earner despite there being more than 5,000 reps already in the business at the time he joined. Over the seven years of working together in that business we become great friends and really enjoy working together.
