Contrary to what some "internet gurus" and "hype mongers" will have you believe, it is critical to build your business with your warm market. It is far easier to build into your warm market simply because people will already know, like and trust you.
Your warm market contacts will take a look at what you have if you approach them in the right way, and the TIMING is right for them. TIMING will also determine when they start.
If you are a highly influential and credible person then people will look at the business because you tell them to. The more influential and credible business you have join your team, the faster your business will grow.

How to start a new team member off correctly
It is essential that you start a new representative off in the correct way to ensure they get the best chance for success fast in their WorldVentures business. Ours is a duplication system that you just have to plug people into.
Please do the following for every new person you sponsor into your WorldVentures business:
1. WELCOME EMAIL
Send them this welcome email and copy me at email@example.com so I can add them to my team email list.
2. SCHEDULE ACTION PLANNING SESSION
This needs to be scheduled within 48 hours of the new person starting their business.
3. INTRODUCE THEM TO AN UPLINE LEADER
Get them on a 3 way call to introduce them with an upline leader. This will show the support team that is in place.
